About Us
Aero Academy Training Institute (AATI) will be the Caribbean’s first all-in-one aviation training hub offering pilot, air traffic control, and aviation maintenance programs under one roof based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. With advanced tech, a global-standard curricula, and in-house certification, AATI will eliminate the need for top-up training abroad and provide a local solution for new and recurrent training across the region.
Our vision was created by our founder, Rochell Roache-Lanza, who overcame incredible barriers to achieve her dreams of becoming a Captain at a major airline. Inspired by her journey, AATI is dedicated to breaking down those same barriers and creating pathways for local talent within the region and attracting international students to the Caribbean.
Our Aim
1.
3.
Establish the Caribbean’s first all-in-one aviation training hub, offering; Pilot training, Air traffic control, and Aviation Maintenance under one roof.
Deliver fully in-house certification pathways, reducing the need for regional trainees to seek top-up courses or recurrent training abroad.
2.
Integrate cutting-edge technologies, including VR/AR and advanced simulators to enhance training quality and align with global aviation standards (FAA, ICAO, ECCAA).
4.
Serve as the region’s go-to center for recurrent training, supporting continued certification, safety, and professional development locally.
Core Disciplines
AATI is designed to deliver end-to-end aviation training across the three core pillars that sustain safe, resilient, and scalable aviation systems.
Pilot Training

Structured pilot training from foundational licences through advanced and jet-transition programs, delivered using industry-aligned standards, modern simulation, and real-world operational insight.
Aviation Mechanics

Comprehensive aircraft maintenance training focused on safety, technical proficiency, human factors, and regulatory compliance across modern aircraft systems.
